Hi everyone,
Has anyone thought of the fact that the outriggers are already reinforced for
structural
loads as is the tailwheel? One could mount a removable tie-down ring
(i.e., eye-bolt, tie-down ring, etc.) with a wing nut to these locations very
easily. Why would you want the complications of having airflow implications,
etc. when in less than 10 minutes you could attach a tie-down ring to these
locations?

Hi Mark,
No that's the beauty of these tie downs. They retract flush with the wing or
fuselage when not in use. They pivot in and out of a small slot.
