Gear not down warning

For those who are interested Jim Naylor is developing a gear not down
warning in conjunction with a low speed sense switch. This would prevent
nuisance warnings whenever the throttle is intentionally closed with the
gear not locked down. This is due to become a Europa Club mod so it could
prevent others 'reinventing the wheel'.
