does the gauge measure the > resistance of the sensor, and how does this vary (e.g. > voltage/resistance vs pressure)? Yes, the pressure sensor is nothing more than a variable resistor that changes under pressure. The rotax pressure sensor is more or less linear with the resistance being 15 ohms (approx) at zero pressure rising to 205 ohms at 10 bar. The unit is tested at 20 celcius and has a tolerance of +-5%. Tony |
