| Hi! Pete.(For info) No, My MT Prop is certified for 180 HP and 2,800 max. to maintain the TBO of 1500 hours. I only see 3000 0n take off and cruise quite contentedly at 2750 (125 kts) There is a no fly continious 2150 to 2250 due to a harmonics peak and signs of a tortional peak begining again at 3360. Quite clear now that all 120 ponies could be used from the Jabiru. I wonder if Bob Harrison revs it up all the way to 3300 rpm? Cheers and thanks again, Pete |
