The certified version of the Europa - the Liberty XL-2
( http://www.libertyaircraft.com/ ) I think will have
the option of a FADEC controlled IO-240...so it should
be doable on both fit and weight & balance. 

The Liberty has the shape of the Europa, but it is scaled up 10 % is 
constructed differently, higher empty weght etc....
