Europa-List: Plexiglas to the door?

What a weekend, connected all brake lines and the Matco brake. Plus bonded
the port & starboard Plexiglas into the doors. Would like to know what
others have done to smooth the transition of door to glass. The glass seams
just slightly proud of the door. Should I just fill & sand up to the edge of
the Plexiglas, or has someone got a better idea? Can the very edge of the
glass be sanded down to match?
