I have the Whelen low energy two light system. ACS P/N 11-05600. draws < 
4A-14V. I went with I because it is what three other builders in my EAA local 
used. They did a bunch or research, and picked the whelen system. I push the "I

believe button" and made the purchase. Not very scientific, but it did save me
a 
bunch of hand ringing and searching the web for info.
