"What you folks call a heat wave, we call summer." Let us not overstate it!!! The average summer temperature in San Diego is around 76 F. I was referring to temperatures in Europe in excess of 100F. It didn't always get that hot in my backyard in Phoenix. I think it was Mark Twain that wrote - "The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco." regards, Mike |
