Europa-List: Drilling the tail wheel spring

Hi all,

I have to drill the tail wheel spring and I must admit to not looking forward to
doing this with a hand drill.  I am assuming that the spring steel will be 
pretty
tough going. 

I was thinking of buying a cobalt drill for the purpose, but I am wondering what
others have done.  Any advice would be appreciated.
