Europa-List: Add photos

I tried to add a photo and followed complex instructions to the best of my
ability BUT was thwarted. There is discussion of "Add photo" but never found
it. Nor is it described in FAQ - or not in the vernacular.
I finally found a mention of attaching images, but your description is
adding Photos. Are all photos images - are all images photos?
Perhaps a little help for us old decrepid losers would speed the process - I
have SO MUCH to share!
