Steve - it's on the Europa Club members-only area, and it's on the
CD-ROM issued to every new member. It was made available to the Club
on condition it wouldn't be distributed beyond the Club membership.
And it's only 12.4MB for the combined mono & tri-gear pages. Forget
about scanned copies - as well as being larger than preferred, they
won't be searchable.
