Europa-List: how to convert rivet part numbers?

Need rivets, Europa part nr are TLPD424BS and TLPD429BS. While i find lots of 
rivets
in the catalogs, the part numbers are different, and i have difficulties
in converting the sizes from mm to decimal? inches. Furthermore remains the 
doubt
that the rivets i might order are not up to to specs. Is there a good soul
with some Rosette's stone or otherwise able to tell me what to order?
