For the benefit of those who haven't received a questionnare, the
paras in question are reproduced below (no I didn't ask if I could
quote them):
"I have a duty to consider whether the conduct of those who have been
directors of the company at any time within the 3 years preceding my
appointment makes them unfit to be concerned in the management of a
company. In addition, as part of my firm's standard procedures, I
shall be considering whether any civil proceeedings can be brought
against such persons or indeed others for the recovery of company
assets or to otherwise enhance the administration estate.
Therefore if there are any matters which you consider I should be
made aware of, please complete and return to me this questionnaire.
This request forms part of my firm's standard investigation
procedures and does not imply that there may be a cause of action
lying against any person concerned in the manageent of the affairs of
the company."
I imagine you could get a copy of the questionnaire by contacting
them at the e-mail address given on my copy of the letter:
<info@redman-nichols.co.uk>.
regards
Rowland
