Europa-List: Can anyone help?

Someone who is a victim of the Europa =8Csituation=B9  and rechecking his
inventory has asked this question. I cannot find the part in my Manual.

I would like to know if you can tell me what "Euro 54 and 55" are . One
parts list has it listed (newer list) whereas the older list ( the one I
found in the boxes of bits) does not.
