Dear All,
Being one of those naive unfortunates who paid up front for the whole kit
and seriously suffered the consequences of EMIL's (Keith Wilson's)
"mismanagement" , I was delighted to hear that Europa (2004) Ltd has risen
---From the ashes, Pheonix-like, of the demise of EMIL. It is great that Andy
Draper is heavily involved, too. I spoke to him on the 8th September, day 2
or 3 of the new company's existence and they were busy doing a stock check
of their newly acquired assets. While I appeciate that Europa (2004) Ltd has
no obligation to honour the contracts of EMIL, Andy was at pains to say that
once they have defined their strategy with regard to those in my position,
they will do their best to sort things out. However I would think we may
still have to carry our losses, in whole or in part, .
Of interest to you all, was that he advised me that the administrators was
busy "scrubbing their files", presumably having completed their duties to
the court, so the new company may not have any record of customers' kit
deficiencies. He suggested that I provide him with a list of those parts not
provided by EMIL in my kit. To help Andy gauge the size of the problem, I
suggest that all those of you still owed parts having paid for them,
provide Andy with the list of your kit's deficiencies as soon as possible.
Here's to the bright future for Europa (2004) Ltd. Cheers!!!
Nigel Harrison
