Not a quick fix, but replacement caps are available from Aircraft
Spruce and Wicks. Unfortunately, they seem to be sold only as a set,
cap + flange. See page 165 in the new ACS catalog or search either of
their websites ( http://www.aircraftspruce.com
http://www.wicksaircraft.com ) for "fuel caps".
