Redman Nichols, the administrator for Europa Management International Ltd.,
have appointed a debt collector to recover any outstanding payments due to
EMIL. The company concerned is:-

They are sending out demands for payment based on entries in the EMIL
records of bills issued but not paid. This has already led to one builder
receiving a demand for about 5,000, of which he is entirely unaware, and
does not owe.
I have spoken the company and they fully recognise that the record are in a
very poor state and may lead them to issue demands for money that has
already been paid or even relate to fraudulent accounting. So if you
receive a communication from this company please do one of the following:-
1) If the invoice is valid and you have received the goods/service please
pay up.
2) If you have previously paid the invoice please inform them of a) The
exact amount paid, b) the cheque number, c) The date you sent the payment
and d) if possible the date on your bank/credit card statement on which the
payment was cleared.
3) If you know nothing of the alleged invoice please contact them and ask
for a copy of the invoice and any other details they have.
This third point is crucial if they are going to be able to spot any
underhand or illegal accounting.
