Europa-List: Any Southern California Builders

I am going to be visiting Southern California (Laguna Niguel) the first weekend
in December.  I live in the Washington, D.C. area. I was wondering if anyone
lives in Southern California and would be interested in a short visit from a 
relatively
new builder just to share ideas in person.  I learn a lot by actually
seeing what others are doing.  If anyone is interested you can contact me off
