Hi all

My only experience is with there intercom product.  I had an intermittent
problem and I telephoned them.  They express mailed me a brand new unit
without asking for payment of any kind.  All that was requested was that I
returned the old one.

The new unit continues to function perfectly and my experience with the
company was been a positive one.
