There are always two "right" ways to do something. In the school I came
---From the nuts wer to bup on the other way around. Because; The first nut
is sized and torked for the load. It is doing the work. The second nust is
added to "jam" the first nut to keep it in place. The jaming load is no
where near the required load of the firt nut.
Just another opinion !
