I noticed on one of Cliff Shaws Wile E. Coyotes pictures, with his aircraft sitting on his trailer, that it looked like he was stabilizing the airframe by using the W26 rear socket assembly with an attachment to the trailer frame. Has anyone done this with their monowheel trailer in an effort to provide additional stability or would this cause the socket assembly to be broken loose? Or does the tie rod/tie bar provide enough support to prevent any damage? Steve Crimm N15JN A058 |
