Hi all.

I had exactly the same problem when rigging my stbd wing. Port one went home 
without a hitch. (Still in the build process though - further rigging 
problems at "hold"). On the forum some time ago a member mentioned he had 
made a pointed extension out of Redux (Araldite 420)/flox  to the end of the 
flap drive pin - which ended his problem. Going to try this when time comes.
