I found that if I made the mix quite dry it sanded better. Also overnight
was not good enough but waiting until the following day made the sanding
much better.

Just started filling and finishing the fuselage joint etc with expancell
mixed as required in the manual.
Seems to be taking a long time to harden, is this usual, how long have you
had to wait before sanding. Humidity 40% Temp average 22 deg.
