Am I missing something? The mod specifies that it applies to those kit #'s in
the appendix. Therefore there must be some kits that the mod doesn't apply to.
Also my kit # is not in the appendix. Any light you can shed would be
appreciated.

is whether you must do it within 5 hrs (early kits) or 25 hrs flying.
