It is normal for the site gage to go down in flight?
Let me re-word that...
When setting on the ground the site gage works, but in flight you see no 
fuel in the site gage.
Also, when we fill up the tank, we have to "burp" the tank.. The site 
gage will be full, and if we raise the co-pilot side wing up,
then air rushes out.  The side gage will go down, and we can add another 
~1 US gallon of fuel.
Anybody else have this kind of problem?
