There is a article in Kitplanes comparing the Liberty and Unconventional Gear 
(Tricycle)
Europa.

It shows a picture of the Liberty wing, where it has Vortex Generators ahead of
the
ailerons.

Has anyone fooled with these on a XS short wing?
