Europa-List: 914 yellow corrosion with green mold

Anyone ever see yellow powdery stuff that looks like corrosion, with some sort
of green
stuff that looks like mold on top of the yellow, on the front part of crankcase
and
cylinders of a new still in crate Rotax 914?

What is good way to remove it?

Anything recommended to put on motor to prevent this?
