Europa-List: Throttle lever

Looks like I'm going to be fabricating my own throttle lever.  Does anyone have
the measurements for the Europa throttle lever (TH02)?
How long is it?
measurement from bottom of lever to centerline of pivot hole?
measurement between centerline of holes for pivot, throttle cable connection, 
and
handle?
I think I can figure the rest out for myself.
