Europa-List: ???? Old Age

A couple of weeks ago I was on one of the Europa related sites and there was
a picture of a Canadian Europa with special fairings that almost covered the
main gear when retracted.  The problem is I can't remember who owned the
aircraft or where the picture is located.  If anyone knows please send me
the link.
