Europa-List: Door Shoot Bolt Distance

Good Day All,

Had a quick question on the distance between the tips of the shoot bolts  
with the door open but the handle in the locked position. In other words,  
maximum extension. The manual gives the open, or unlocked distance as 952 mm but

I'm more concerned as to how much they need to stick out to make good contact 

with the fuselage.
