With an aeroplane which has been in the hangar undergoing  modification and 
refurbishment for over two months, i.e. no work on engine  etc., now when I 
turn on the master switch the red and orange lights come  on momentarily - as 
they should, but then after a few seconds the orange  light flashes.

This , according to the book is a TCU problem, but what  problem?  What 
should I be looking for?  Suggestions  welcomed.
