Steve, Do mean that (per Phoenix composites) you wet out and apply two layers of "the lightest fiberglass cloth available" and then, while still wet, set in the plexi? Or am I getting this wrong? And this prevents a crack in the paint from developing at the joint between the paint and the plexi? Just looking for clarification. I was getting close to doing this when I read your post. Also, did you paint your doors before installing the plexi? Mike Duane Redding, California XS Conventional Gear |
