Tailplane Pip pin Cover

Im getting ready to drill the torque tube for the Tailplane pip pins. Before 
digging
out the Tailplane foam for the pip pin location, I want to get some information
on a cover for the hole location. I have seen on some Europa's a cover
over the hole which makes a nice finish later.  I would like some info. On what
some builders have made and how and what they used for the cover or cap.
