Europa-List: Terry Samuel Derakane/glass tank

Can anyone help.
My Europa G-CHAH was fitted with a tank made by Terry Samuel. The material I 
think
is Derakane/glass. The problem is that it fills to about 3/4 with ease but
is then very slow to fill. (Imean slow). I have fitted an extra breather on the
port side which improved the situation, but I wonder if the tank is baffled
and it needs another breather fitted between baffles.
Has anybody had the same prob and cured it.
