Europa-List: Zillions of Messages - Not...

Okay everybody, I've written a new input email List filter that should hopefully
prevent any further List meltdowns due that the "Cc:'d the List" issue.  No
way to truly test it, though, so we'll just have to keep our fingers crossed and
hope for the best.

Just so you know that I was thinking about you and your inbox... :-)
