Rowland,

w/o regard to PFA issues, I used some feather-light plastic irrigation 
pipe from a garden shop. My hunch is that it would not be robust enough 
to serve as a wing rotator support and that function, if desired would 
be best dealt w/ separately. I'm unaware of any "standard" mod.
