And fot the valuable content: The engines are part for part the same.
Certified engines can be worked on only by certified engeneers, or loose
their certification. Non certified engines can be worked on by anybody,
they won't loose the certification they don't have. The difference is only
in the paperwork, and maybe in the run-in/testing in the factory. But you
were joking weren't you?
