Europa-List: Fuel Gauge calibration

We have been trying for a couple of days to calibrate the fuel guage, 
without much luck :-(

When calibrated at full (i.e reading full) when emptied the needle does not 
move(reads full when empty)
Same thing happens in reveres, when calibrated to empty, after filling to 
brim stil reads empty.
System uses two calibration grub screws in unit!

Can anyone help?
