Europa-List: Oil press variation

The oil pressure on my 912 varies when cold

I "burp" the engine by hand, check the oil level and start.

The oil press goes up to 5-6 bar for 2 minutes then drops to 1 bar for 5-7
minutes and then rises to 5-6 bar where it stays.

I have changed the pressure sensor.

Any ideas?
