Europa-List: Creating an airstrip in France

Dear listers in France,

I am thinking of buying a farm in France and would like to create a 
landing strip for my Europa.

Are there any legal or bureaucratic problems in doing this in France? 
The strip will be for my own private use on my own land.

Any help or guidance would be most appreciated.
