Europa-List: 912 Voltage Regulator Values

Got 912 regulator questions, after lots of trouble shooting of the
electrics, I think I have narrowed it down to regulator not functioning
correctly.  But first some questions...

1.  What is the a/c voltage input to the the regulator supposed to be?  I am
showing 15.4

2.  What is the d/c output voltage supposed to be?  I am showing voltage of
12.85 (battery voltage I believe)?  My thinking is that it should be 14.5 or
some where in that neighborhood.
