Looking at the PFA rear attachment point bulletin. What is a =93tap
test=94?
I have no slop between tailplanes but about =BC between trim tabs due to
play
in the hinges (as yet unused). Is this normal?

Ira,
With every respect intended=85.. IMHO you should be advising all our
overseas
brethren to not only check for balance but also for SLOP BETWEEN EACH
TAILPLANE (Or STABILATOR as they call them.) and ensure it is
dimensionally
within permitted limits.
Regards (notwithstanding I=92m not an official authority!)

Sorry Chaps,
That would be UK only-based Europas are grounded
Europa owners in other countries should examine their tailplanes
as suggested for balance and then go about their business.
