Mike,
Yes it does have one hinged spar clamp and an elecric winch!
We only use it , normally ...,at permit renewal time so it could be 
yours most others!

Halfway thro' mod 74, we used a plumbers blowtorch and one of their 
square heatsheild mats with a hole pushed through the middle for the pin 
to protrude, worked well with no scorching. Gave the pin 3 or 4 short 
bursts of heat and used an old pip pin with grips to turn the pin.
