Hi Mike. The tacho output is a normal pulse, about 10 V pp. It's documented in one of the manuals. I run it to the CG1 constant speed controller and the Dynon flightdeck. Both indications are exact. It's not coming from the TCU but a pickup coil like the ignition pickup coils. It's normally wired through the TCU, where one of the leads of the pickup coil is grounded.
