Fergus - I've never heard of ICRA and don't know what software they supply.
I suggest you try browsing websites with a web browser. There are
many available, including my favourite Safari, now (I understand)
also available for those limited to applications that run under some
flavour of Windows. I've had no problems using any part of the AAIB
website with Safari. But I've not heard of anyone having problems
with Internet Explorer either. If you are using Windows it should be
available somewhere on the machine.
