My son has just received his new JAR PPL with Level 6 Language
Proficiency added to the licence to be effective from 4th March 2008
(but sent on the 14th March). However I have not received mine although
my CAA licence has been in existence for 12 years longer than his. Has
anyone else (with a CAA licence) received a reissue?
Surely this requirement was known months in advance so why have we not
had our licences before the operational date? Does any one have an
answer? It's a good job that i was not planning a foreign flight before
now.
