Europa-List: LED Strobes

Has anyone used or is runnig LED strobes, A few calculations on the new 10mm
dual emitter
white leds (280K mcd) says 4 rows of six gives 180 degree arc with +/- 80
degree (horizontal plain)
with

820 cd to +/- 5 degrees      Required = 400cd
560 cd to +/- 20 degrees     Required = 240cd
280 cd to +/- 80 degrees     Required = 40cd
