Europa-List: Tailplane check.

Hi guys,

I have been out of touch for a few months and am hoping to get my bird
back in the air shortly.  Is there still a requirement for the 10 hourly
tailplane check?  My old link to the forum archive doesn=92t seem to 
work
any more.
