Cliff Shaw designed a remarkable little servo-actuated trim tab which
is shown in detail on his Europa Builders' web page. Although optimally
installed prior to wing closing, I see no reason why the small wires
could not be run on the exterior of the aileron and flap closeouts if
you have the recommended gaps between aileron/flap and the wing itself.
