=0A=0A=0AHey Jeff,=0A=0AI installed a Jabiru 3300 in N245E,=C2-a trigear,
and it works great! There are several other Europas with Jabiru engines=C2
-either flying or currently under construction=C2-in the USA. FWIW, I'm
very pleased with the=C2-engine. It's powerful, quiet and I really like
the looks of the longer cowl. I've also=C2-read that the hydraulic lifer
version of the=C2-3300 passed JAR certification recently. =0A=0AMy cowls
and FWF package=C2-were=C2-supplied by Andy Silvester and=C2-Suncoast
Sportplanes. Andy=C2-shut=C2-his business=C2-down a while back, but
=C2-I'm told by=C2-the Jab dealer out in CA that he=C2-has access to
Andy's cowl molds and would be willing to produce "Jabiropa" FWF kits if th
ere is interest. I discussed my install with him=C2-last week=C2-and I'
m in the process of putting together a package of info for him that will ai
d him in formulating a FWF package based on what I did. Contact me off list
and I'll shoot you some photos.=0A=0ARegards,=0A=0A=0AJohn Lawton=0AWhitwe
